JACT provides website design and development, IT and technology guidance, cybersecurity and digital safety, technology training, and AI and automation services. Information on this website is a general description of what we offer. It is not an offer, quote, or guarantee of results.
Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that work.
Submitting a form, requesting a consultation, or receiving an estimate does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us. Estimates are based on the information you provide and may change if the scope changes.
Program: JACT ICT Services Customer Notifications.
Description: If you opt in, JACT ICT Services will send text messages to the phone number you provide about your inquiry or project, including confirmations, follow-up questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. Some messages may be automated or sent with the help of AI tools.
How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box on our website contact form, or by giving us your express permission in another way, such as texting us first.
Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and project.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and we will send no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details below.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
Not required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you agree to receive phone calls, we may call you about your inquiry. Calls may be automated or handled by an AI voice assistant, and may be recorded and transcribed. Our website may also offer an AI chat assistant. AI assistants can make mistakes. Their responses are general information, not a quote, contract, or professional advice, and anything important will be confirmed by a person at JACT. You can ask to speak with a person, or ask us to stop calling, at any time.
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false or misleading information, entering someone else's contact details without permission, sending spam or malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the site's operation.
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to JACT or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or republish our content for commercial use without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
