JACT ICT Services is a technology services business operated by CJx Investment LLC, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We provide website, IT, cybersecurity, technology training, and AI and automation services. In this policy, "JACT," "we," "us," and "our" refer to JACT ICT Services and CJx Investment LLC.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, email us, call or text us, or use a chat assistant on our site, we collect what you share. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, project details, budget and timeline, and your contact preferences, including whether you agreed to receive text messages or phone calls.
Calls, texts, and chats. If you communicate with us by phone, text message, or chat, we may keep the messages, call recordings, transcripts, and related details such as the date, time, and phone number used. Calls handled by our AI voice assistant may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately and improve our service.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location. We use cookies and similar technologies for site security, performance, and analytics, including Google Analytics.
We use your information to:
• respond to your inquiry and follow up by email, phone, or text message, as you have allowed
• schedule consultations and provide, quote, and support our services
• send service-related messages about your inquiry or project
• operate, secure, and improve our website and services
• understand how visitors use our website
• meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the text message box on our form or otherwise agree to receive texts, we will use your phone number to send messages about your inquiry, such as confirmations, follow-up questions, scheduling, and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
If you agree to receive phone calls, we may call you about your inquiry. Those calls may be automated or handled by an AI voice assistant, and they may be recorded and transcribed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver text messages and calls (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only to provide that service.
We share information only as needed to run our business:
• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, form handling, analytics, text messaging and voice calling, AI voice and chat tools, and workflow automation. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal reasons, when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of JACT, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, subject to this policy.
We keep inquiry and communication records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and keep reasonable business records, typically up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. Records of your consent to texts and calls, and of any opt-out, may be kept longer to show we honored your choices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls, and security monitoring on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Calls: tell us during a call, or contact us, and we will stop calling.
• Email: ask us to stop, and we will.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work as intended.
• Access and deletion: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your request and may keep information we are legally required to retain.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
